From the very beginning, one of the main reasons I chose this apartment complex was because of Natalie and her promise that if anything were to come up before my lease was up she was confident she could get it rented out again. Within 2 months I had a surprise job opportunity out of state and I put in my notice to her on a Wednesday. That same Friday I received an email that she had it rented out to another couple that had been on a waiting list. Friendly staff, fantastic neighbors, great housing maintenance team! Katie: Currently, live in these apartments and LOVE THEM. Best place I have ever lived. I live here with my husband and our dog. They are clean on the inside and out. The maintenance services are incredible, the few times I have needed to put in a maintenance request it was taken care of that day or early the next. The management is kind and very helpful. The dog park is so convenient and "poo" free for the most part. They do all the snow removal and lawn care. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a slider door. The apartments are large, bright, and well maintained. I have never heard any noise coming from the college station apartments next door and out back faces them directly. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
